LIMITATIONS TO DELIVERY
Inkuto’s webshop is intended to be available to all persons, irrespective of
geographical location. We try to provide shipping options as widely as possible but
are sometimes restricted by third parties.

2. CUSTOMERS AND DATA PROTECTION
Any sale made through our webshop is governed by the terms and conditions of the
Finnish Sales of Goods Act.

After a purchase has been made, the customer may receive an invitation to give a
product review. Responding to this invitation is voluntary. The invitation only
concerns products already purchased by the customer. The review is shown without
publicly revealing the customer’s contact details. Inkuto uses information from
product reviews to improve their customer experience and services.
Inkuto’s website uses cookies, to enable the development of the website and to

Alv.).
Inkuto can also offer wholesale prices for on-sellers or retailers, and any request for
such prices will be considered on an individual basis. Request for wholesale prices
may be submitted through our website, and with full, relevant purchaser details,
including name, company name, registration number, registered address and VAT
number, where appropriate.

4. DELIVERY
Information regarding delivery is provided as part of the shopping experience on our
webshop. Generally, purchases are delivered via third party postal services, mostly
Posti (in Finland) and their affiliates (internationally). We also select other couriers on

occasion, too. Delivery will be made either to an address, or to a local collection
point, such as a local shop or local automatic post collection box.
Whilst Inkuto cannot be held directly responsible for delivery times, we do undertake
to post orders within 3 days of receipt of order, where items are in stock, or within
one week, where new batches must be made.
Postal delivery is generally next day, or within two days, in Finland, after posting.
European destinations usually take between 4 to 10 days after posting. Other
international deliveries, however, can sometimes take significantly longer, depending
on location.
